Dr. Jasser joined David Foster on his program “Roundtable” on TRT World UK. Dr. Jasser debated Farid Hafez of the Bridge Initiative, Austria and Massoud Shadjareh of the Islamic Human Rights Commission in the UK.
Not only did we find this debate fascinating in the context of what’s happening in Austria and France but also that it happened on TRT World– Turskish state television, an Islamist government run press agency.
While there is a lot more to discuss, this start is a “must watch” debate that runs to the core of our mission at AIFD. Threading the needle of freedom, protecting Western values, defeating Islamism, while maintaining our personal faith of Islam and worship of God.
The love for America
and the faith of Islam is why we seek change.
AIFD directly confronts the ideas of political Islam and openly counters the common belief that the Muslim faith is rooted to the concept of the Islamic State (Islamism – the belief that Islam should guide social and political as well as personal life). We stand firmly for universal human rights – including gender equality, freedom of conscience, and freedom of speech and expression.
Our mission is to advocate for the preservation of the founding principles of the U.S. Constitution, liberty and freedom, through the separation of mosque and state.
