Muslim Canadians, as Muslims elsewhere in Western societies, have felt increasingly besieged for some time now, both from outside their community and from within.
Despite the loyalty and dedication of our generation, it has failed drastically to achieve the aspirations of the Arab people. We have come across a number of difficulties and obstacles that eventually led to this failure.
Where are all the Muslim moderates? Where are those who oppose terrorism, religious wars, hatred and intolerance? Where are those who think it crazy to attempt to re-create the eighth century in the 21st century? Where are those who want not to destroy the Free World but to join it?
